When we practice self-compassion, we acknowledge our shared humanity.
My integrative coaching approach aims to help you better care for your authentic needs: body, mind, and soul.
This authentic intimacy with ourselves is foundational to experience greater connection within our relationships and communities. Human beings, like you and me, need each other. Practicing self-compassion connects us to our shared humanity — one of the core principles of compassion. This human life is filled with paradox and I am called to serve you on your path of remembering this shared existence and embracing care as a radical act of love.
The real depths of my healing came from finally, truly, walking the path of self-compassion. Becoming able to separate my soul from my social conditioning, and experiencing the liberation that one can feel when we can get into this right relationship with ourselves as human beings living a spiritual existence.
My mission is to center care as the guiding principle of life. The work I do with mothers is grounded in empowerment and advocacy. My own motherhood journey has mirrored back to me my own woundings of the heart, longing to be validated. Emotional triggers, resistance, collapse or the impulse to control our external environment reveal these locations that need our loving attention. These invitations require space and a slower pace to do our healing work, and it is so much gentler with the presence of a guide, helping us along. This is where I come in. I learned the hard way to embody compassionate care towards myself and others after an initiatory period with young children, adrenal fatigue and burnout and a complete feeling of being lost and having lost myself. I want to make this process less isolating and arduous for you.
Nothing is fixed — I know it’s possible that you can reconnect with your authenticity and soul’s yearnings because I have. You can embody care, it is possible.
Whether you are a mother or not, I’m passionate about helping my clients feel into their bodies, reclaim their energy and detach from the dominant colonial, capitalist, patriarchal culture and matrix that pushes us to push ourselves, harm ourselves, others and the planet, and ingest far more than our nervous systems are able to process. The deeper our embodiment, the deeper we can understand and regulate our emotions and eventually listen for our intuition more clearly. Our work together is about reclaiming your power and re-enchanting this world in reverence of the feminine principle.

Experience
My professional background has been as a licensed somatic psychotherapist, working in community mental health, in hospital and school settings. In both environments, my clients were not only individuals but their family members, their health care providers, teachers and administrators - the greater system as a whole.
My passion for supporting women and children has been within schools, as well as through parent workshops and education and motherhood support circles.
Education
I hold a Masters degree in Somatic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and B.A. from UCLA in Political Science.
Life, and my children, continue to be my greatest teachers. I am a willing and curious participant with this life and its sorrows and joys.
I am a dedicated student to astrology, reiki energy healing, and strengthening intuition through my continued meditation practice of 10+ years.
